and we have confirmed that the puppy is still available and have agreed to

hold the puppy specifically for you.

We are so excited for you as you take this big step to have a wonderful puppy join your family! Please understand that the $200 deposit is non-refundable unless for some reason we are not able to provide the agreed upon puppy to you due to unforseen health problems. We understand that circumstances may change for your family between now and the time you take your puppy home. If you are not able to bring this puppy home for any reason, the deposit is transferrable to any other Legacy Farms or Legacy Doodles puppy at any time of any breed or gender we may have available. The balance of the puppy's price (less the $200 deposit) is refundable if you are not able to receive the puppy as planned up until the puppy goes home. For the whole life of the dog, if for any reason you are not able to keep the puppy/dog, we will take the dog back or help you find a good home for him or her. By taking ownership of one of our puppies, you agree that you will never allow your puppy to end up in a shelter or rescue.

Legacy Doodles promises never to sell any of your information to other companies for sales or marketing purposes. The only company that we work with who will receive only your email address is NextDayPets.com allowing us to offer the Pet Health Insurance offer as well as the discount coupons. Their privacy policy is below.

"NextDayPets.com is dedicated to the privacy rights of your customers, friends, partners and other internet users. Consequently, we do not distribute any confidential information now will we sell, rent or otherwise spam your customer. They will receive a ONE-TIME email from NextDayPets.com

We will contact your buyer ONE TIME to send the coupon to purchase a PuppyPack of their choice while saving onwards of 35% off retail." Your buyer will also receive instructions on how to procede with the Free Pet Insurance offer.
